Graphics Design Services: Logo, Brand Identity, Social Media and Print Design
Graphics Design Services: Before a customer reads a single word about your business, they have already judged it by how it looks. Your logo, your Facebook cover, your product posts, your shop banner: all of it tells people whether this business is serious or careless. If every post looks different, the logo changes from place to place, and the colors never match, customers feel something is off, even if they cannot explain why. Good design is not decoration. It is the first proof that your business is real and can be trusted.
We are Raozan IT, an 8-member team based in Noapara, Raozan, Chattogram, Bangladesh. Since 2017, we have completed 800+ projects, including websites for 400+ web design clients, and design runs through almost all of that work: the logos on the websites, the posts on the pages, the banners in the shops. Because the same team also builds websites and runs marketing, your design does not live in isolation. It matches your website, your social media, and your ads, because one team makes all of them. This page explains what we design, how we work, and what we need from you to start.
One honest note before anything else: every design we deliver is original work, made for your business. We never copy another company’s logo, and we never download a ready-made template, change the name on it, and call it custom design. A copied logo is not just lazy, it can bring real trademark trouble, and it means your business looks exactly like someone else’s. Your design should belong to you, and only you. That is a promise we take seriously, and the FAQ below explains it in more detail.
If your business looks different everywhere it appears: one logo on Facebook, another on your signboard, posts in random styles, that is fixable, and it starts with one conversation: message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you need designed.
Why Consistent Design Matters for Your Business
Customers in Bangladesh often meet your business on a phone screen first: a Facebook page, a shared post, a photo of your shop banner. In those few seconds, design does the talking:
People trust what looks professional: A clean logo, clear text, and tidy layouts make a business feel established and safe to buy from. A blurry logo and cluttered posts make even a good business look new and risky. Fair or not, that is how buyers judge.
Consistency makes you recognizable: When your posts, packaging, website, and signboard all use the same logo, colors, and style, customers start recognizing you on sight. That recognition is what turns a one-time buyer into someone who looks for your name first.
Mismatched design looks unreliable: If your Facebook page, your visiting card, and your shop banner all look like three different businesses, customers hesitate. They wonder which one is real. One consistent identity removes that doubt.
Clear design sells better: A product post where the product is easy to see, the offer is easy to read, and the next step is obvious will always outperform a crowded design where everything shouts at once. Design is not about adding more. It is about making the important things stand out.
What Our Graphics Design Service Includes
Logo design and basic brand identity: A logo designed from scratch for your business, plus the basics that go with it: your brand colors, simple guidance on which fonts to use, and logo versions for light and dark backgrounds. This gives every future design a fixed foundation to follow.
Social media post and cover design: Facebook page covers, profile graphics, and day-to-day post designs that all follow your brand style: product posts, offer posts, announcement designs, and festival greetings. If we also manage your pages through our social media marketing services, the same designers produce your regular content, so nothing ever looks off-brand.
Ad creatives: Design made specifically for advertising: Facebook and Google campaign images where the product, the offer, and the call to action have to land in one glance. These are built together with our paid advertising services team, so the creative and the campaign are planned as one piece of work, not two separate jobs.
Website graphics and banners: Homepage banners, slider images, product category graphics, and promotional banners sized and built for your website. Because our web design services team builds the site itself, the graphics fit the layout properly instead of being squeezed in afterwards.
Print design: Business cards, flyers and leaflets, brochures, shop banners and festoons, and basic packaging and label design, prepared as print-ready files with the correct size, bleed, and color setup, so what you approved on screen is what comes back from the press. If you have a printer you already use, we can prepare files to their requirements.
Presentation and document design: Clean, professional company profiles, presentations, and simple branded documents: the files you send to a client, a bank, or a partner when you need your business to look prepared and serious.
How We Design, Step by Step
Step 1. The brief: We start by understanding your business: what you sell, who your customers are, where this design will be used (online, print, or both), and any deadline that matters. A design for a shop banner and a design for a phone screen are different jobs, and the brief makes sure we solve the right one.
Step 2. Concepts: Based on the brief, we prepare initial design directions for you to look at. This is where you see the idea taking shape: the style, the colors, the layout, before anything is finalized.
Step 3. Review and refine: You tell us what you like, what to change, and what does not feel right. We refine the design within the scope we agreed at the start. Design is a conversation, and this step is where your feedback shapes the final result.
Step 4. Final delivery: You receive the finished design in the files you actually need: web-ready files (PNG, JPG, and SVG where suitable for logos and web graphics) and print-ready PDF files with the proper print setup for anything going to a press. Where it is part of our agreement, editable source files are included too, so your design stays usable in the future.
Step 5. Consistency support: Designs rarely end with one project. When you need the next banner, post, or brochure, we design it to match what already exists: same colors, same fonts, same style, so your business keeps looking like one business, everywhere.
Original Design Only: No Copies, No Templates
This deserves its own section, because it protects you. Some sellers offer a “logo” that is really a famous brand’s mark with your name typed under it, or a stock template that a hundred other businesses are also using. That creates two problems for you. First, trademark trouble: using a design that belongs to someone else can force you to change your logo, your signboard, and your packaging later, at your cost. Second, no identity: if your logo looks like everyone else’s, customers cannot remember or recognize you.
Every design we make starts from your brief and is drawn for your business alone. That is slower than copying, and it is the only way we work. When your project is finished, the design is yours to use for your business: on your page, your products, your shop, and your printing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What types of design do you do?
Logo design and basic brand identity, social media posts and covers, ad creatives, website graphics and banners, print design (business cards, flyers, brochures, banners and festoons, basic packaging and labels), and presentation and document design. If you need something that is not on that list, ask us on WhatsApp, if it is design work, there is a good chance we can help, and if we cannot, we will say so honestly.
Is the design original, will it be only mine?
Yes. Your design is created from your brief, for your business. We do not copy another company’s logo or design, and we do not hand you a stock template dressed up as custom work. Copying is risky for you: it can lead to trademark problems that force expensive changes later, and it leaves you with no identity of your own. An original design is one of the few business assets that is truly yours.
What files do I receive at the end?
The files you need for the job: web-ready PNG and JPG files for online use, SVG files where they suit (logos and web graphics scale cleanly in SVG), and print-ready PDF files with the correct print setup for anything going to a press. Editable source files are included where that is part of the scope we agreed at the start, just tell us upfront if you will need them, so it is settled before work begins, not after.
Can you follow my existing brand style?
Yes. If you already have a logo and materials you are happy with, send them to us and we will design to match: same colors, same fonts, same feel, so the new work sits naturally beside the old. And if you have no brand style yet, or your current one is holding you back, we can build a fresh identity first and design everything else from it.
How does the revision process work?
Simply: we agree the scope of the project with you before starting, including how the review and refinement will work for that project. You see concepts, give feedback, and we refine within that agreed scope. We do not promise unlimited revisions. No honest designer can, because endless changes usually mean the brief was unclear, but we do make sure the brief is clear at the start, and we work with your feedback until the design fits what was agreed.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business name and what your business does, the exact text that must appear in the design (names, phone numbers, offers, written exactly as they should print), the size or purpose of the design, any style examples you like, and your existing logo and brand materials if you have them. You can send it all on WhatsApp, through our contact page, or by email at [email protected], and we will confirm the brief with you before any design work begins.
Your customers are judging your business by how it looks. Make sure the judgment goes in your favor. Message us on WhatsApp now, use our contact page, call +8801735127127, or email [email protected]. Tell us what you need designed, and we will start with a clear brief and an honest conversation about what will work best for your business.
