1. How long does it take?
Typically about 14 days for most business sites, around 7 days for landing pages, and 21 to 28 days for WooCommerce stores. Exact timing depends on how quickly content and feedback come together.
2. Do you provide hosting?
We do not sell hosting. We recommend a suitable host for your site and set everything up on it, or we work on your existing hosting if you already have it.
3. Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. Your site is built with Elementor, so you can edit text, images and pages yourself without touching code. At handover we walk you through the basics. If you would rather not handle updates yourself, our maintenance plans can take care of them for you.
4. WordPress, Wix or Squarespace: which should I choose?
Choose WordPress if you want to own your website files and data, add features as your business grows, and publish content that can rank on Google. Wix and Squarespace feel simpler at the very start, but your site stays inside a closed platform and moving away later is difficult. If you are not sure, tell us what your site needs to do and we will give you an honest recommendation, even if the answer is not WordPress.
5. Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We start by reviewing your current site: what is working, what is slow or outdated, and what should be kept. Then we design the new version around your content and goals, and protect your URLs and search visibility during the move.
6. Can you move my website from Wix or Squarespace to WordPress?
Yes. We rebuild your pages in WordPress, move your content across, and set up redirects from your old addresses where the platform allows it, so visitors and search engines land in the right place.
7. Will I lose SEO rankings?
We work to protect them. We preserve your URLs, set up 301 redirects, and keep your metadata in place. No redesign can promise zero movement in rankings, but a careful migration keeps the risk low.
8. What about revisions?
Two design revisions are included, and development tweaks are covered for 30 days after launch.
9. Do you sign NDAs?

10. How do payments work?
