WooCommerce Development in Bangladesh

An online store in Bangladesh has to work the way Bangladeshi customers actually buy. They find a shop on Facebook first, ask questions on Messenger or WhatsApp, pay with bKash or Nagad or cash on delivery, and expect delivery through a local courier. We build WooCommerce stores around exactly that.

We are Raozan IT, an 8-member team of WordPress specialists based in Noapara, Raozan, Chattogram, Bangladesh. Since 2017, we have completed 800+ projects, including websites for 400+ web design clients across Bangladesh, plus clients abroad who work with us remotely.

If you are looking for WooCommerce development in Bangladesh, this page is for you. Your customers shop on a mobile phone, often on a slow connection, and they want clear prices, clear delivery charges, and a checkout that does not fail.

A store built for how Bangladesh buys

Most of your customers will meet your store on a phone. They may arrive from your Facebook page, from Google, or from a link a friend shared. If the store loads slowly, if the price is hidden, or if the checkout asks for too much, they leave and buy somewhere else.

So we start with the buyer, not with the design. Your product pages answer what a Bangladeshi buyer actually asks: what is the price, what is the delivery charge to my area, when will it arrive, and how do I pay.

What your store includes

We cover WooCommerce development in Bangladesh from the first plan to the launch and the care after it. You get one team for design, build, and care after launch.

Local payments: Your store takes bKash and Nagad, plus Rocket and cards through SSLCommerz, ShurjoPay and AamarPay. We test every payment method with real test orders before launch. A WooCommerce store with bKash and Nagad is the baseline for selling in Bangladesh, not an extra.

Cash on delivery: A clear cash on delivery option at checkout, because many Bangladeshi customers still prefer to pay when the product arrives. Delivery charges are shown before the customer orders.

Courier delivery: Delivery setup for Pathao, Steadfast and RedX, with delivery charges by area and tracking for every parcel. WooCommerce courier integration with Steadfast, Pathao and RedX is part of the build.

Product pages that sell: Clear photos, honest descriptions, delivery and return information where customers look for it, and prices that are easy to read on a phone. See the best WordPress themes for ecommerce.

A checkout that finishes the sale: A simple one-page checkout, delivery charge by area, and trust badges near the payment step. If your checkout is slow, read why WooCommerce checkout is slow. If an update broke it, read a WooCommerce checkout that broke after an update.

Admin, inventory and orders: A WordPress dashboard you can actually use. Add products, update prices and stock, set variable products with sizes and colours, and process orders from one place. Order notifications are set up properly too. If order emails go missing, read WooCommerce order emails not sending.

Coupons and repeat buyers: Coupons, flash sales, reviews and abandoned cart reminders bring first buyers back. After launch, bring buyers back with Facebook marketing for your small business or compare Facebook ads and Google ads for Bangladesh.

Speed, security and search: Every store is built to load fast on Bangladeshi mobile connections, with basic search setup so Google can find your products. See our SEO services for Bangladesh, our general SEO services, and our WordPress speed work.

Training and handover: We show you, in plain language, how to add products, update prices and stock, and process orders.

WooCommerce, Shopify or custom: which fits your store

Not every store needs the same platform. The right choice depends on what you sell, where your customers are, and what you want to pay each month.

PlatformBest forWhat to know
WooCommerce on WordPressMost small and medium Bangladeshi storesYou own the store and the data. Local payments and couriers fit well. No monthly platform fee.
ShopifyStores that sell mostly abroadSimple to start, but you pay a monthly dollar fee, and local payments need extra work.
Custom or LaravelVery large catalogues and marketplacesBuilt for your exact needs, but costs more and takes longer.

For most Bangladeshi sellers, WooCommerce is the right starting point. You own your website, your products and your customer list. From your Facebook page to your own store

Many Bangladeshi sellers start on Facebook, and it is still a good place to find customers. But a Facebook page alone has limits. You do not own the page, a change in the rules can cut your reach, and you cannot take proper payments or track stock there.

Your own store fixes that, and you do not have to leave Facebook behind. We move your products, prices and photos from your Facebook page into a WooCommerce store, and your page keeps sending customers to it. That move, from a Facebook page to a WooCommerce store in Bangladesh, keeps what your buyers already trust: your page name, your photos, and your prices.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take

A WooCommerce store with us starts from BDT 20,000. The final quote depends on the number of products, the features you need, and the integrations you ask for, and we agree it with you after a free consultation, so you know the price before we start. Our guide to starting an online store in Bangladesh explains ecommerce website development in Bangladesh, including payments, delivery and the legal basics.

A standard store takes 21 to 28 days. The exact time depends on the pages and features you need, and how fast we receive your text, photos, and decisions.

You pay 50 percent in advance to start the work, and the remaining 50 percent on launch, through bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. Your domain stays yours. We do not sell hosting. We recommend a suitable host and set everything up on it, or we work on your existing hosting. Two design revisions are included, and small fixes are included for 30 days after launch.

Running the store day to day

You run your store from the WordPress dashboard, and we show you the parts you will use most before launch. Add a product with photos, a price and a stock number. Change a price when your supplier changes it. Mark an item out of stock when it sells out. See every order in one list, with the payment method and the courier status.

When a product sells out, the store says so, so you never take an order you cannot fulfil. If you sell the same product in more than one size or colour, the store keeps the stock for each one separate. You do not need to touch code for any of this. If you would rather not handle updates yourself, see our WordPress maintenance plans.

Trust, compliance and care after launch

A store buyers trust sells more than one they are unsure about. Your store carries a clear return and refund policy, a delivery timeline, and your real business name, address and phone number.

If you sell as a registered business, we help you plan for the papers buyers and gateways ask about: a trade licence, DBID registration, and payment gateway onboarding. We explain what each one is for. We do not file the papers for you, and we do not claim a registration you do not have.

After launch, your store still needs care. WordPress, WooCommerce and your plugins release updates, and an update can break a checkout if it is applied without testing. That is why we offer WooCommerce maintenance in Bangladesh under our maintenance plans, with updates tested on a copy of your store first, plus backups, security checks and speed work.
